The present Terms & Conditions are subject to the Laws of the Hellenic Republic and the E.U.
Any dispute regarding our services and/or products are subject to the competence of the Courts of the Hellenic Republic.

Order Placement

We shall confirm our acceptance of your order for items by sending you an email confirming that the items have been dispatched ( hereinafter referred to as the "Dispatch Confirmation email").
The contract between us shall only be formed and legally binding once we send you the Dispatch Confirmation email ( hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). These Terms & Conditions, the Dispatch Confirmation email and any other information relating to the items which we have brought to your attention shall be incorporated into the Contract.
The Contact shall only be effective for those items which shall be confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation email and we shall not be obliged to supply any additional or other items which you have ordered until we have sent you a separate Dispatch Confirmation email regarding such items.
Prices

Delivery and Collection
The delivery and collection dates figuring on www.missnikusha.com are provided purely for general guidance purposes In most cases we are able to deliver the items to you within our estimated delivery timeframes, however sometimes delays may occur due to courier service fault and/or force majeure elements which are not in our control, in which case, we shall contact you to inform you of such delay in delivery.
Your order shall be processed at the date and time set out in the Dispatch Confirmation email or, if no date or time is specified, within a reasonable period from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation email, unless exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure or courier service default, contribute to delays.
All items purchased on our Website shall be delivered to the address indicated by you for delivery; please make sure that the address details provided by you to us are correct and accurate.
In most cases a signature shall be required from you or the recipient upon delivery of the items. Please note that all items purchased on our Website are not for resale.

Miss Nikusha I.K.E. is held responsible for the items until they have been delivered or have been collected our clients. Upon receipt, the items shall be at your own risk, but you shall not own the items until we have received full payment of all sums due, in respect of the items, including any delivery charges, and the items have been delivered to you.
Cancellations
Due to the fact that all Miss Nikusha items are created once an order has been placed, we do not accept any cancellation of orders which have already been processed.
Refunds
Due to the fact that all Miss Nikusha items are only processed once an order has been placed, we are unable to exchange and/or refund any items unless the items are deemed faulty by us and only in the event that we are unable to rectify the issue.
Made to order items are not eligible for refund, due to the nature of the order, there is a probability that a different material might be used to create the order as required, Miss Nikusha shall take the utmost care to ensure that all custom order shall be made according to the clients' requirement as best as possible.
When the item is deemed to be faulty by us, we shall rectify the issue at our own cost or offer you with a partial refund in order for you to take the item to a seamstress to fix the issue.
Kindly rest assured that all Miss Nikusha items had been through rigorous quality checks, in order to ensure the excellence of their state, avoiding the possibility of faults. In addition, apart from the quality revisions, we take detailed photos of each item prior to packaging and shipping, for security reasons.
Upon processing and acceptance of your refund request, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and following the Returns Procedure figuring on our Website, you shall receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items once those are returned to us, unless upon receipt of the items on our end, we discover the following:
a. the items have been tampered with
b. the items been opened or any retail seals broken
c. the items are not in their original packaging
d. the items are not in pristine condition
The refund concerns only the purchased items and does not include any applicable delivery charges made by us and/or any return delivery charges incurred by you.
Any refunds shall be processed within a timeframe of 14 days upon our receipt of the returned items. We shall refund you on the credit card used by you to pay or on your bank account which shall be previously indicated by you in your complaint form filed to our customers service email address, as indicated above.

If any part of the Contract is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court order or legislation, the other provisions shall continue to apply and remain in force.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organization, but this shall not affect your rights and/or our obligations under the Contract. Each Contract is personal to you and you may only transfer your rights and/or your obligations under a Contract to another third party if we explicitly consent to it in writing.
